I’m sure most of you, like me (before now), know nothing about the Bohemian Grove. I heard it mentioned randomly today on NPR and I google’d the thing.

After further investigation, and a Wikipedia search, I found that the Bohemian Grove is “a 2,700-acre campground located at 20601 Bohemian Avenue, in Monte Rio, California, belonging to a private San Francisco-based men’s art club known as the Bohemian Club. In mid-July each year, Bohemian Grove hosts a three-week encampment of some of the most powerful men in the world.” This year’s retreat is scheduled for the 2nd and 3rd week in July.

Hmm…so I’m thinking what you’re thinking. How come “the most powerful men in the world” meet every year and I’ve never heard of it. Well either this is a lie, a huge secret ,or the guys who meet up must not be so powerful. Well it’s too bad that every republican president since the Grove’s inception has been a member.

Hmm…nonetheless, there have been reports of highly homosexual rituals occuring in the Grove. Infact, Richard Nixon was quoted calling it “the most faggy goddamn thing you’d ever imagine.”
